Return Eligibility
At Aspen Lane Designs, we take pride in our personalized items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your item, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Please note that items must be unused and undamaged to be eligible for a return.

Process for Initiating Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Refund Methods and Processing Time

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund. To expedite the process, please include photos of the damaged or incorrect item in your communication.

Custom or personalized items are typically non-refundable unless they are damaged. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect please let us know with in 48 hours of receiving item.
Items are not refunded if personalization was incorrect when submitting the order by the customer with incorrect information We encourage you to double-check your personalization details before placing your order to ensure satisfaction.
